How long does a detail take?
Appointments are currently reserved in four-hour service windows so there is enough time to complete the vehicle carefully. Actual completion time can vary based on vehicle size and condition.
Do I need to be home?
You do not necessarily need to remain with the vehicle for the entire appointment, but JC Deluxe will need access to the vehicle and the agreed service area. Coordinate any key or access details directly with Juan.
What happens if it rains?
Weather can affect mobile exterior detailing. If conditions make the service impractical or unsafe, JC Deluxe will contact you to coordinate the best next step or reschedule.
What do I need to provide?
Please provide an accessible exterior water connection, a working electrical outlet and a safe area where the vehicle can be serviced.
Where do you service?
JC Deluxe currently provides mobile detailing throughout Reno and Sparks, Nevada. Custom quotes are available for requests outside the standard service menu.
How does pet hair pricing work?
Pet Hair Removal starts at $35. The final price depends on the amount and severity of embedded pet hair and will be confirmed before service.
How do I provide my service address?
When completing your Square booking, enter the full address where you want the vehicle detailed in the Notes section.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Use the contact information in your booking confirmation or call/text JC Deluxe directly.
